Customer Pick-up is a delivery option in our delivery features. By this option customer can pick up their products by themselves from the given address.

The address of the Customer Pickup is:  3rd floor, Saiba Trade center, kandirpar, cumilla

Once you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with an estimated delivery date – please wait until this date for your items to arrive. You are able to track your order by logging into your account and viewing the status of your order. If it has already been dispatched, you’ll shortly receive your package. If you are still waiting for your delivery and your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact our customer care team with your order number and we will resolve the issue as quick as possible.

Yes, you are able to track the status of your order by logging in to your account and checking the order status. Once you place an order, we will send you an email each time your order delivery status changes.

We offer to deliver your items NEXT DAY with our EXPRESS delivery option. With express delivery, the whole delivery process is expedited for you to receive the items the following day. If your order is above 8000 Tk, you will be eligible for free express delivery and no charge will be applied. Otherwise, the express delivery cost is 200 Tk. You can track your order delivery status by logging into your account.

 

  1. Once you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with an estimated delivery date.
  2. As soon as your items have been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email and your order status will change to ‘dispatched’.
  3. When your items are finally out for delivery, our customer care team will call you to let you know we are delivering your items with an estimated time of delivery. We will keep you updated on its whereabouts.
  4. Upon delivery, please check that you have received all your items. A signature will be required to confirm all items have been received.
  5. If you are unavailable to receive your package at the time of delivery, please ensure you have arranged a trusted person to receive it on your behalf.

We aim to deliver your items within 3-5 days from the moment you confirm your order. If your order is above 4000 Tk, you will be eligible for free standard delivery and no charge will be applied. Otherwise, the standard delivery cost is 60 Tk.
