If you are unable to log-in to your StridesCo account, please try the following steps:

  • Make sure you are using the same email address/password that you registered with.
  • If you can’t remember your password, click on the ‘forgotten password’ link on the sign-in page. You can then follow the steps to reset your password.

If you still can’t log in, please contact our customer care team and we will ensure a quick solution.

After you sign up and place an order, you should receive an email whenever your order status changes. If not, there may be a number of reasons:

  • Your mailbox may be redirecting our emails to spam. Please check your spam/junk folders, and add dreamydress.bd@gmail.com to your verified senders list.
  • Make sure you typed in the correct email address when you signed up with us. Just sign in to your account (if you can remember which email address you used) to check this.
